James is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of public and third sector consultancy and agency services at Alder King.  He has around 20 years experience in the provision of development consultancy advice in respect of residential, commercial and mixed use development schemes nationwide.

His expertise includes development economics, including the viability of small and large scale mixed use schemes and commercial and residential developments for public sector bodies, private land owners and developers.

James is a member of the RICS and RTPI.  He is also the Chairman of the Great Western branch of the Forum for the Built Environment and a past President of the Residential Development Agents Association (RABD).
