Independent Viability Reviews

We frequently review financial viability assessments on behalf of local authorities, advising where necessary on the deliverability of the scheme and potential review mechanism requirements.

We work closely with solicitors in relation to review mechanisms and the drafting of viability requirements within S106 agreements. Alder King are also regularly appointed to independently assess review mechanism submissions on behalf of Local Authorities.
