As Head of Valuation and Viability, James has responsibility for the delivery of market-leading valuation and viability services across Alder King.

A RICS Registered Valuer, he has over 20 years’ valuation experience within the South West, providing a broad range of loan security valuations, specialist valuations and landlord and tenant advice.

James also has a particular expertise in residential development viability on behalf of private clients and local authorities across the UK, including acting as an expert witness at planning appeals.
