Good progress on speculative office development at 2 Glass Wharf in Bristol
Salmon Harvester’s 98,523 sq ft speculative office development at 2 Glass Wharf on Bristol’s Temple Quay is on target for completion in December 2014. This image, taken on 17 June 2014, shows the cladding on the waterfront elevation is nearly complete.
Alder King’s Bristol agency team are agents on the £35 million office development which includes ancillary retail and restaurant use and sits within the city’s Enterprise Zone.
Salmon Harvester Properties Limited is a joint venture between Salmon Developments and NFU Mutual.
