Acting on behalf of Salmon Harvester/NFUM, Alder King secured a pre-let of circa 107,000 sq ft to HM Revenue & Customs on this high profile Grade A office building adjoining Temple Meads Station. Construction is currently underway with practical completion scheduled for December 2018.
This was Bristol’s largest office letting for at least 10 years and helped stimulate significant additional regeneration around what is now Bristol’s prime business district.
