Craig is a commercial chartered building surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry.

He acts for a wide spectrum of clients throughout the UK on general landlord and tenant matters, property acquisition, planned preventative maintenance and defect analysis and undertakes both contract administration and project management roles for commercial new build and refurbishment projects.

Craig also specialises in medium to large complex dilapidation claims for both tenants and landlords, including representing clients at Mediation and in Court.
