Chris heads our Residential Development Agency and Consultancy teams. Originally from a commercial development background, for the last 15 years Chris has specialised in residential development situations, acting for both landowners and developers in relation to strategic greenfield and brownfield land coupled with more conventional situations. Chris advises on maximising the value of land and buildings with residential development potential in the city centre, suburban and edge of town locations advising on both the sales and acquisitions.

He provides advice on all forms of Sale and Development agreements including conditional and unconditional contracts, options, joint ventures and promotion agreements. He has been involved in some of the most significant residential developments in the South West of England and South Wales.

Chris is a former President of the Bristol Property Agents Association and Past Chairman of the Great Western Branch of the Forum for the Built Environment. He is a school governor and is involved in various charitable organisations.
