You’ll be provided with a Structured Training Agreement for your Continuing Professional Development and you’ll work alongside Partners and other professional staff to achieve the relevant knowledge and experience.

Alder King operates a rolling graduate programme, which means we are happy to accept applications from candidates at any time. There are no fixed deadlines or programme start dates; what we will do is assess your application and consider how and where you might fit in, and then organise the right people to progress your application.

Alder King has a system of Graduate Mentoring and review to ensure you have the best possible chance of passing the APC at the first attempt.
Although we do not exercise a formalised rotation programme, you will be given the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different specialist areas, in order to gain relevant knowledge.
Training & Development
Individuals joining our Graduate Development Programme will benefit from a Structured Training Agreement which provides ongoing personal development as well as regular reviews with a Supervising Officer and Counsellor.
