The details of this role include:


This is a unique role providing support to our Partner based in the Truro. You will be key in providing excellent service to our Agency and Lease Advisory clients ensuring that they have the information they require to manage their portfolios. This role has scope for you to broaden skills and knowledge within the lease advisory area. Again supporting the Partner you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting pieces of work.


  • Undertake viewings at various commercial properties.
  • Attend on site to allow access to contractors.
  • Measure and photograph premises.
  • Prepare marketing reports for the disposal of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Prepare pre-acquisition reports for freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Prepare market campaign reports, to include liaison with PR and Marketing agencies
  • as required.
  • Collate demographic data and comparable evidence associated with property.
  • acquisition work.
  • Prepare site appraisals and associated matters.
  • Data input and management of our in-house database.
  • Provision of advice to clients in respect of rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Negotiation of rent review and lease renewal terms.
  • Contribute to the business and success of the firm, providing a professional and high
  • quality of service to clients.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with new and existing clients.


  • Uphold the Firm’s values at all times during both internal and external dealings.
  • Proactively seek out and attend relevant networking events in order to nurture and grow the Firm’s client contacts with the view to generating growth.
  • Consistently produce high quality work which, at a minimum, meets client’s expectations. In addition, work collaboratively with third parties as appropriate to ensure you exceed client requirements.
  • Willingly share relevant and appropriate knowledge with colleagues and support their development as required.


  • Be educated to degree standard.
  • Fluent with all Microsoft packages and relevant to the role IT packages.
  • A highly motivated commercial approach, with ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter working on your own initiative.
  • Have strong research, analytical skills and reporting skills.
  • Have resilience to work under pressure; have excellent prioritisation, time management, negotiation and organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent/good communication and inter-personal skills and, deliver information clearly and succinctly.
  • Be proactive and receptive to change, hold a positive ‘can do’ attitude and uphold the highest level of professionalism at all times.
  • Hold a clean driving licence and have own vehicle.


The role will be based within the Truro office. However, due to the nature of our business you may be required to work in other offices from time to time.
